Joel and Shari

Joel began selling real estate with Coldwell Banker Burnet in 1997 and thought it was something he would do "in his retirement". He was astonished at his success and quickly decided to sell real estate full time. Shari decided to become a Realtor in 1999 and many of her friends suggested that she talk with Joel. (Shari quickly discovered that she and Joel have many mutual friends!) After meeting with Joel in his office in South Minneapolis, Shari decided to join that office. Shari and Joel became fast friends and have learned a lot from one another along the way. Joel Mugge, Consultant to The Seifert Group

Joel began spending most of his time in Palm Springs, California in 2011. He loves Minnesota, but not Minnesota winters! Joel is maintaining his Minnesota license and serves as a valued consultant to Shari. He travels to Minnesota on a regular basis so they are able to meet frequently. Joel has particular expertise in investment properties. Joel is happy to talk with you about your real estate needs and will refer most clients to Shari for "on the ground" assistance in Minnesota. Joel now has his real estate license in California and would be happy to help you with any real estate needs you may have in the Palm Springs area.
